Alison joined Acumen Employee Benefits in September 2025. Her career began in financial services, working for a couple of large insurance companies, before gaining experience across various aspects of financial services, providing a strong business grounding.
For many years, Alison has specialised as an Employee Benefits Consultant and loves getting to know and understand businesses, their goals, and objectives, and helping them develop ongoing employee benefit solutions that align with their culture.
At Acumen Employee Benefits, Alison works with businesses to design, implement, and manage effective employee benefit strategies that support recruitment, retention, and employee wellbeing. She values working with professional, like-minded colleagues and felt welcomed into the team from day one.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys socialising with family and friends, walking, cycling, and skiing.
